Is there an extra charge for delivery and pick-up? Delivery fees vary by distance and order size. Ask about free delivery to the local area.
What payment terms apply? We accept checks or cash. Payment is due two weeks before the event, or cash upon delivery in order to release the rental items to you. A signed rental agreement as well as a 25% deposit are required to reserve items to you. Canopy tents need to be paid in full to reserve.
When should I reserve rental items? We suggest you contact us as soon as you know the date of your event. We can tell you if an item is available that day as well as give you a quote. Items are not reserved until the down payment and a signed rental agreement are received.
